heater water line for stock usually has a wire right inside or you can purc=
hase the heater cord which you wrap around the outside of your water line.

  Hey all-
I got this email yesterday that describes an inline
water heater that doesnt require a tank. Anyone use
anything like this instead of a large holding tank and
water heater. My water comes from the well at 55
degrees and was ok when i let it set outside in the
sun all summer, but were getting snow on the mountains
here in Idaho and its cold. Site address is in subject
  bar. RayG
