Lots of books out there but try to get some local (UK, Europe) books as
I've found the US ones to be of marginal use for Australian conditions.

Organic compost or Worm castings, there is a difference. Proper worm
castings are required to be seed free and pasturised, it can get quite
expensive to produce them and requires rigorous Quality Control.
