I use dandelion greens. Raw in a salad, a tea steeped for ten minutes or
so then kept in the fridge and sipped during the course of a day or two.
I get edema in my legs from bad varicose veins especially when I sit for a
long time. When I fly I take dandelion extract, a few droppersful in
water every few hours. The swelling usually subsides within a day.
