I've been having trouble falling asleep lately. Nothing major, but my
schedule is quite odd and I sleep during the day, but at different
times. Up until this year I've never had a problem sleeping.
Actually I could fall asleep whenever I had a few minutes to relax,
even if I'd just waken up an hour ago.
Mostly, it's just nerves. I've a lot on my mind and while my body
colapses on the bed my mind keeps humming away with the days problems.
A good stiff drink will usually do the trick, but I don't normally
dirnk, so that's out of the question. Over the counter sleeping aids
and things like Tylenol PM will usually put me right out and give me
quite a good nights rest.
I'm looking for something besides these pills. Preferably in a tea or
drink that I could brew. The process of relaxing and drinking the tea
will help calm me down in itself.
Thanks
