Re: YOHIMBE.///
Seems like I respond to this problem at least once a month.
FOLKS-------
YOHIMBE IS NOT TO BE TAKEN ON A DAILY BASIS, NEITHER AS A DAILY TONIC!
The side effects you list are typical for this herb. Rapid heart beat,
increased blood pressure, profuse sweating. It is a vaso-dialator! It
can cause coronary problems with men who have this condition.
Burns me up when I go into the chain stores and find supplements with
over 1500 mg of yohimbe with instructions to consume on a daily basis.
These people don't know what they're talking about.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, EDUCATE YOURSELVES ABOUT HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS!
Yohimbe should only be taken about an hour before planning any sexual
activity. Believe me, men, there's nothing worse than beginning an
enjoyable experience only to find yourself worrying whether or not
you're in the middle of a stroke.
For those of you who are healthy to begin with, overdosing can cause
an erection that may last for hours on end, even when you don't want
one anymore. Talk about pain and irritability!
If any of you have questions about Yohimbe and want to talk about it
on a more personal basis, please feel free to e-mail me.
Thanks for listening again, John
