>    The Tenth Upper Midwest Organic Farming Conference is set for March 4 -
>6, 1999.  This year's theme -  "Organic Works ~ At Home and Around the
>World" reflects the growing of organic agriculture in the Midwest and
>around the world.  The conference will again be located at Sinsinawa Mound
>Center in southwest Wisconsin.  (12 miles northeast of Dubuque, Iowa.)
>This facility is a beautiful spacious conference center and features a
>working organic farm surrounding the site.
>    A few of the 40 workshops offered include: Weed Control for the Organic
>Farm;  Local food Systems; Using Cover Crops to Build Soil Fertility;
