One person you should know about is Pauline Raphaely, POBox 41250, Craighall,
ZA-2024 Johannesburg, Tel.+27-11-4427642
She teaches poor people how to have an organic garden, grown on a plot just
the size of an ordinary door. Her work has spread to teaching community
leaders. Her Food Gardens Foundation is a member of IFOAM.
You should probably subscribe to the IFOAM publication: Ecology and Farming,
23 Bath Bldgs, Montpelier, Bristol BS6 5PT. US$30, Briths pound 18, DM 48,
French franc 180.
