Hi,
While I have no personal experience with the method, you might look into
mycoremediation for your wastes. Check out
<http://www.fungi.com/remed.html> and scroll down to the "Mycoremediation"
heading. Very interesting stuff. Fungi can't break down the metals--being
elements--but all the rest may be treatable with mushrooms. Try writing to
the folks at Fungi Perfecti with your question and see if they have any ideas.
