The purpose of this workshop is to create a comfortable, supportive
environment to learn philosophy, principles, and strategies of
permaculture, a wholistic design system. Topics to be covered:
Site Analysis
Water Harvesting
Soil Building
Gardening
Edible Landscaping
Animal Husbandry
Forestry
Appropriate Technology
Village Design
Economics
Community Networking
Practical examples and hands-on experience
Fee: Sliding Scale $200-$250
Included: Tuition, curriculum materials,
food and lodging.
Pragtri Farm is a 20 acre land trust with
woodlands, pastures, gardens, and a pond.
