Re: prioritizing time
Judith Hanna asks
>How do you ration yourself, and prioritise your time?
I can't rightly say; the internal computer deals with many variables.
Seasonal tasks- I'm a farmer- have great priority. Family too. And
commitments- which I try not to make, but when I do, I try to keep them. But
in the end, I've been having a tough time of it! Fortunately, when
overstressed, I just get flakey, so I don't have to resort to prescription
medication or alchohol.
Less flip of an answer: my internal "computer" can make sense of it all if I
keep balanced- making sure I get time with my kids, massage several times a
month, frequent physical work, 3-D meditation (disc golf, that is) and I can
somehow automatically handle the rest of it.
