One challenging applicaition is below grade concrete walls. I understand
that high density fiberglass is used in Canada (Glas Clad I believe its
called). Another Canadian product is high-density rockwool. (A bit more
information on this one can be seen in Energy Source Builder #43 at
http://www.oikos.com/esb/43/roxul.html) Both of these products also
protect against moisture by providing a drainage path.
Much has been said about fiberglass. What about rockwool?
