National Audubon installed one in its COrkscrew Sanctuary in Naples,
Florida, during my tenure as senior scientist.  Ed Carlson is the director.
 The system uses less water than alternate systems, making it very
desirable in Florida.  It was also cheaper than a traditional toilet
system.  And, it was approved by the authorities.
