GBlist: (Some) affordable house design strategies

Why not just reinvent the house from below ground up using inorganic polymer
ceramics?

Almost everything in a house could be fashioned from ceramic, foamed or
"neat" and make it produce electricity to pay or itself.

By foaming the ceramic materials, it becomes and insulator. If made "neat"
or solid, it is a heat sink.

In fact the only thing you can't replace in a present home with IPC's is the
windows.

The materials that eveyone wants are here....the problem is the inventors
don't want to hassle with the system. It will take inovative, far thinking
individules to sell sea water as a house..and that is exactly what IPC's are
made from.

Best,
Charlie
