Welcome to the forum, Teresa. I wish you the best of good fortune with your new CSA.
I am a market farmer also at the border of Zone 6 & 7 (leaves turn 1-2 months later 30 miles
East of me in the Fall] in historic Chapel Hill, NC.
Here's my farm blog: http://venaurafarm.blogspot.com/

A health nut, I have always been keen on nutritions types and varieties of vegetables and fruits
and how they are stored and prepared.

As I get a handle on cropping I hope to specialize in a wider range of produce and especially healthful,
flavorful and marketable varieties. I hope that these will be mostly heirloom or open pollinated.
That in itself will be a challenge.
