Great weekend for birds here in Chatham Co. Had a first for the immediate
area of the house on Saturday...a Louisiana waterthrush walking (and dipping)
along the edge of our water garden. The small waterfall really attracts
warblers during migration.
Also had first wood thrushes calling yesterday and first ruby-throated
hummingbird (a male) yesterday. And for the butterfly watchers, our first
zebra swallowtail on Saturday.
