Spring stuff

Migrants are making up more and more of the species I'm seeing around the
park when I can get away for a few minutes. Among those seen/heard the
past day or so:

Wood Thrush (several, singing)
Ovenbird (many, singing loudly)
Northern Waterthrush (seems to be on territory, always in same place)
Prairie Warbler
gnatcatchers (everywhere, buzzing and squawking)
RT hummers (arrived at the house sometime while we were in south Texas,
probably Saturday)
White-eyed Vireo
Blue-headed Vireo
Yellow-throated Vireo
Yellow-throated Warbler
Chuck-wills-widow and Whip-poor-whill have returned to their usual spot at
the end of West Lake Road

Hope to get out more this weekend and see some more!
