HI . . .

Just a reminder that the final "Hummingbird Mornings" of the year
will be this Saturday and Sunday (25-26 August) at Historic
Bethabara Park in Winston-Salem NC. Banding demonstrations will be at
8:30 and 10:30 a.m. These presentations are hosted by the Audubon
Society of Forsyth County.

Admission is FREE because the programs are supported in part by
grants from R.J. Reynolds Foundation & Sara Lee Corp. Seating is
limited, so advance registration is suggested at
mailto:hummingbirds@forsythaudubon.org or (336)595-6379.
Presentations are "under cover" and will go on rain or shine.

Details and directions are at http://www.hiltonpond.org or
http://www.rubythroat.org .

We had 130 folks at RibbonWalk: Charlotte's Botanical Forest last
weekend, bringing the total to more than 300 people who have attended
"Hummingbird Mornings" in the Carolinas this summer.
