Jackson Park yielded a Gray Catbird today.
Around 9:20am I saw a lone female Red-breasted Merganser at the Water
Treatment Plant in Mills River (Rt 191 and Schoolhouse Rd), a male Northern
Harrier on Hooper Lane, and 4 Horned Grebe, 3 Common Loons, a female
Bufflehead, a female Red-breasted Merganser at Lake Julian which is having
its picnic area loaded with Christmas lights. But alas, no partridge in a
pair tree.
