I guess it might be important to remember that bluebirds also nest in
natural cavities such as abandoned woodpecker holes and knot holes that
never get cleaned out. Old nests in cavities are part of their
evolutionary history.
Saw the white-faced ibis on Saturday, on Old Oregon Inlet Road, about
the 10,000 block. Looked just like the ones i saw in Nevada two weeks ago.
