Folks:
Myself and Jim Edwards went on Brian Patteson's palegic trip out of Manteo, yesterday, 8/21/99. Although it started out a little rough, T-Storms and showers before we left the dock, seas calmed and we had a great day. The following is a list of the birds we saw:
	Cory's Shearwater- 1000+
	Audubon's Shearwater-many
	Black-capped Storm Petrel-several
	Wilson's Storm Petrel-several
	BAND-RUMPED Storm Petrel-15+
	Red Phalarope-2+
	Greater Shearwater-several
SOUTH POLAR SKUA-4-6 birds great views
WHITE-TAILED TROPICBIRD-2 birds, brilliant views as
they circled over the boat on seperate occassions, 1
		bird each time.
	Bridled Terns
	Sooty Terns

Thanks Brian, for a great trip!
				Regards,
				Wayne
