Swallow-tailed Kite in Greenville Co, SOUTH Carolina

A juvenal Swallow-tailed Kite was spotted by Paul Shewmaker @ about 1100 hrs
over exit 24 of I385 (Fountain Inn), and relocated about 1130 hrs by myself
harassing a Red-tailed Hawk about 1/4 mile up the SW Service road, N of the
intersection, and lost sight of heading SE. The bird still had a beige blush
to the breast, and the tail was relatively short, indicating a newly fledged
status. This is, I believe, the first report for Greenville Co, SC.
