RFI Jamaica, Caymans; no shorebirds yet

Can anyone point me toward a checklist for birds of Jamaica and/or the Cayman
Islands? About the only source of info I've found so far is the Peterson's
guide to the West Indies, but this volume appears to be rather dated. I've made
my own checklist by copying down all the species Peterson's mentions for each
location, but I have no idea regarding relative abundance and the presence or
absence of common US birds like m. dove, grackle, etc.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've checked a couple of local spots for shorebirds over the last week. No
arrivals as of yet. Last year I noted my first birds around the 15th. I've
been keeping track of the Massachusetts list recently (we are going whale
watching and they have whale reports as well...) and there are reports of large
numbers of southbound migrants including yellowlegs, dowitchers, peeps, stilt
sp's, ruff, Hudsonian godwits and other goodies. Hopefully some of these birds
will appear on shores near us very soon!
