Dear birders,
after the surprising finding of a Brewer's Warbler on wednesday, I am
checking the gardens on a daily basis in hope of more birds. The results
of the last few days were increasingly modest, but still there is
something showing up every day. The birds:
Thursday 7:00AM-7:50AM Canada Warbler 3, American Redstart 2, Red-eyed
Vireo 1
Friday 7:30AM-8:00AM American Redstart 2, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 2
Saturday 8:00AM-10:30AM American Redstart 1, Black-throated Green
Warbler 1, Blue-winged Warbler 1 (seen by Doug DeNeve) and a beautiful
assortment of birdwatchers
Sunday 7:00AM-8:15AM Hooded Warbler 1 male (a little bit even singing),
Prairie Warbler 1, Red-eyed Vireo 1, Great Crested Flycatcher 1
