That's a really tough call. You're going to need a lot of substantiation
to support this sighting.
It's nothing personal, but I have to be the devil's advocate on this
one. I see the bird every year in New Mexico, and I find a NC sighting
extremely unusual. I must admit that I do not know if there have been
any verified sightings of the Plumbeous in NC since the split several
years ago, so I wish you the best, despite the problems.
