migrants along the Saluda



This afternoon (17 Sep 2000) Caroline Eastman and I spent a couple of hours
birding along the Saluda River at Gardendale, near Irmo, Lexington County,
SC.  We had an excellent push of migrants, including a Philadelphia Vireo.
Here is our day list (39 species, carefully counted):
