Greetings:
Had a good flight of birds Monday night; birding on Pea and Roanoke Islands
Tuesday morning was very good. Had 13 species of warblers (no Connecticut),
a Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Scarlet Tanager, Baltimore Orioles, Bobolinks,
Pewees, Phoebes, Blue Grosbeaks, Indigo Buntings, Cuckoos (yellow-billed and
spp.), and one Lark Sparrow and two Clay-colored Sparrows. The sparrows were
at the old coast guard station.
The weather is looking promising for the weekend!
