John Gerwin, who is not on carolinabirds, left Susan Campbell a note
that he is pretty sure he saw a Wood Stork in flight yesterday, July 19,
headed N over the Gorman St. - Tryon Rd. area in Raleigh, as if it were
headed toward Lake Raleigh or Johnson.
I can't recall if a stork has ever been seen in Wake County, but if
folks are around birding over the weekend, keep this in mind.
