I went out to Glenn Hilton Park in Hickory this evening and found that the
cold front that came through today brought a few migrants with it. I had 1
Blackburnian Warbler, 1 Chestnut-sided Warbler (both a little early), 2
American Redstarts, and 4 Northern Parulas. Also seen were 2 Yellow-billed
Cuckoos, 1 Great Egret, and a very good look at a Broad-winged Hawk sitting
on a dead snag.
