2 migrants near Chapel Hill, NC

In my yard (a clearing in the woods):
1 first-fall male Blackburnian Warbler (vibrant yellow, no orange) on Sat.,
Aug. 25
1 first-fall female Hooded Warbler (no hood, but lots of helpful tail
flicking, showing white spots) on Sun., Aug. 26.
Both birds were foraging in sourwood and dogwood trees on the edge, near the
seed feeder that attracts chickadees and titmice (attract the chickadees and
you'll pull in any migrating warblers too!).
Wish I could have spent more time looking -- bet there were others.
