Hi Carolinabirders,
Today, I met Bob Maxwell at Huntington Beach State Park, Murrells Inlet,
Georgetown County, SC. From 1:30PM to 4 PM we birded the jetty and jetty
pond and a short stretch of the carriage path. 40 species id'd plus a
teasing possibility. Cool afternoon with temps in the low 60's and rather
brisk northwest winds. Had hoped for loons, Horned Grebe, Short-eared Owl
but no luck.
