The hatch year Calliope Hummingbird is still visiting the feeders at the
home of Charles and Ann Williams (2652 Forest Dr. W-S, NC). My husband Tom
and I observed him at approximately 2 p.m. this afternoon. Charles
mentioned that the Winston-Salem newspaper had taken pictures - perhaps our
hummer will get more publicity!
As posted earlier, no need to call first, just follow the driveway to the
rear of the house. The feeder is on the left rear of the house. The bird
also spends much time in a small maple tree immediately in front of the
garage.

Could anyone advise if the Winston-Salem Calliope is still being seen?
