At about 1:20 today 6/1/03 I spotted a cool bird getting a drink from
our ground birdbath. An adult East Taiga White-crowned Sparrow. We've
had Juv. White-crowned before in the winter but this is the first mature
bird we have seen in the yard.
I got some photo's with Gardenias blooming near the bird, hope they are
decent. A bright spot in our summer birding.
