I have had a Google News alert on the word "abortion" for several months. Usually it turns up 5-8 conservative and far-right sources every day, NO liberal or prorogressive sources (Alternet and others are out there), and 1-2 regular news publications. Their news sources include anti-choice websites (like Lifesite, People's Weekly World, LifeNews.com, and a bunch of catholic things), but they apparently don't follow any pro-choice sites.

I also have an alert on "Planned Parenthood" which turns up about 50% pro-life sources and 50% "impartial" journalistic sources.
