		<description>I read that Cluetrain stuff all those years ago and I&#039;m STILL WAITING. Why doesn&#039;t someone figure out that really serving the customer and truly solving problems will be a great differentiator? I am left to conclude that customers in the main won&#039;t pay for the extra time this entails.</description>
