Thank you for being there and for your write-up.  I really like your list of Commercial Moral Syndrome.  It was a privilege to get to work with Ray when I was at Microsoft and as you say, he is in that camp and inspires many others.  I still hope that they will be the dominant order within Microsoft over time.
