Paul, you're always right! Our younger son and his wife gave me a Kindle last year for my birthday and I'm a Kindle junkie. I've bought twice as many books as I might've without it because it's so easy. (Have you ever seen my diatribe against the 4Ps, replacing them with Lauterborn's 4Cs? It's not about Place, i.e. efficient distribution, it's about making it Convenient for someone to buy your product. Kindle is the poster child.) And I use it exactly as you said, in airports and on airplanes. One major complaint, though: the service doesn't work outside the U.S., where I'm spending about three-quarters of my time or more. I'm told I could download stuff onto my computer and then put it into the Kindle, but that's NOT convenient, so I don't do it. If they fix that, they'll probably sell me half-a-dozen more books a year. Cheers, Bob L

Paul you are right. The Kindle is the perfect transit reader. that is the type of reading I do so my
Kindle is perfect for me. Books on a smart phone would not work for me because the screens are
all to small for me to read a complete book.
