This is the sources for the catalog generator. It gives you the ability
to localize your software if the application supports it. Current 
internationalized applications include elm-23 and the standard linux libc
version 4.5.x and above.

Localize in the above context means to be able to generate messages from
applications in the language of your choice.

I hope this encourages software developers to broaden their view and provide
international software in this brave new world.
