 Besides amaranth (3 varieties), they have quinoa, millet, buckwheat,
sorghum, oats, barley, cereal rye, wheat, oats, lentils, and senna. They
are part of no-profit organization, Ecology Action, so they are not quite
as some for-profits, but acceptable. I got may order in 2 weeks. The
prices are very reasonable. A nice feature for intensive gardeners is the
inclusion in the catalog of how many square feet a packet will plant.
Their catalog is free, but they have a bulk list they charge 50 cents for
