Enzyme Kinetics Version 1.0c August 4 1989 Don Gilbert ("enzymekinetics.readme" added 8/4/89 by Spencer Yeh for BIONET distribution) INTRODUCTION Enzyme Kinetics is a Hypercard stack for Macintosh computers. It calculates and plots the biochemical values for the kinetics of enzyme-catalyzed reactions. This is verison 1.0c, written by Don Gilbert. Visualization of the data can be done by either velocity vs. substrate, Lineweaver-Burk, or Eadie-Hofstee plots. Calculated values are Km, Vmax, plus their respective standard deviations and confidence intervals. Data and plots may be printed out using the HyperCard print facilities.
