The User Mode Diagnostics provide a means for the system manager to perform sanity checks and other tests of the system's peripheral hardware. UMDs are available for the following DIGITAL devices: RP04, RP05, RP06 RF11 RK05 RK06, RK07 RS03, RS04 TU56 RP02, RPR02, RP03 TU16, TU45 TU10, TS03 TERMINALS Devices to be tested should be allocated to the terminal initiating the test. Disk packs or tapes on a tested drive are overwritten.
