    Well, you have included most of the relevant variables (although I
--MORE--(65%)would add wind speed), but there remains one big question:

   - are you asking for a method of going out there and measuring the
evaporation, so that it is known for other parts of the project after
the fact, or are you interested in a method by which the evaporation
can be estimated using a minimum of measurements over an indefinite
period?

    There are *lots* of methods available, depending on the application
and needs for accuracy, etc. I've added sci.geo.meteorology to the
distribution list. Post or email me for further discussion.
