"Ynys y Gwaed", i would think, in the sense of blood as the stuff in your veins. or "Ynys y Linach" or "Ynys y Tylwyth" in the sense of blood as a lineage or kin-group. leslie jones jones@humnet.ucla.edu Actually, I'm trying to convey a meaning of both but the lineage/kin-group concept is the stronger of the two.
