Yes, that was a sloppy mistake that I shouldn't have made. Norris only observed such dual forms in the Ordinalia occuring with body parts but of course this does not mean that such forms could not have occured with other nouns as well; perhaps those habitualy occuring in pairs or in the idea of togetherness. Rethinking my statement but still basing my observations on the evidence of Norris, I think I should now say that the Cornish dual number is mostly observed in the Ordinalia occuring with body parts but may have occured in other constructions in historical times.
