This program provides for the delivery and interpretation of a variety of self- administered questionnaires. Most are to do with pain or psychosocial status hence the name. QUZ.EXE will read an ASCII file of questions and deliver it question by question. Responses from a subject are stored in a ASCII file by row. It delivers several type of question formats from YES/NO, forced choice (up to six options) and visual analog type questions. QUZMENU.EXE is a program which uses QUZ.exe to deliver questionnaires in a menu format which provides a selection option for a number of standardized medical questionnaires. Some questionnaires also have modules written which will provide an immediate report of calculations of subject responses. This is usually in accord with the original author's interpretation. Minimum hardware and software requirements: IBM compatible computer DOS v3.0 or higher EGA or better monitor. Harddisk with 0.7MB free space. OPS.ZIP B 54034 930922 *OPS.EXE is similar to QUZ (see above), but it focusses on the Oswestry pain scale (hence ops.exe). It does not use an external question file and cannot be changed. It delivers the ten questions of the Oswestry questionnaire, provides a variety of interpretations, and summary results which have been published in the literature. ============================================================================= To remove yourself from this list, please send electronic mail to listserv@stat.com and include the command UNSUBSCRIBE UCI-FTP-UPDATE as the first line of your message.
