Accepted papers will be published in the symposium proceedings. The conference will be held on the campus of Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey. A limited number of free lodging facilities will be provided on campus for student participants. If there is sufficient interest, sightseeing tours to the nearby Cappadocia region known for its mystical underground cities and fairy chimneys, to the archaeological remains at Alacahoyuk , the capital of the Hittite empire, and to local museums will be organized.
