COMING UP ON NPR's PERFORMANCE TODAY - OCT. 30 - NOV. 8, 1995 Thursday, November 2 Hour 1--Flutist Eugenia Zuckerman and the Shanghai String Quartet join Martin in NPR's Studio 4A to talk about their new recording, "Music for Sunday Morning." We'll hear the five-some perform Arthur Foote's Scherzo and other selections from the CD. Zuckerman also talks about her appearance with the Shanghai Quartet on "Heigh-Ho! Mozart," the popular children's CD featuring Disney tunes in the style of composers such as Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, and Brahms. ("Music for a Sunday Morning"/Delos DE 3173; "Heigh-Ho!
