     19.02.  According  to  the radio interception service of the
PostFactum  news  agency,  police  station  No  43 which had been
captured earlier by the Supreme Soviet supporters was retaken.
     
     19.07. Sergey Baburin, people's deputy, was arrested.
     
     19.08. The fire at the White House is getting fiercer.
     
     19.10.  Fire-engines  are  allowed  to  approach  the  White
House.

     19.29.  According  the  radio  interception  service  of the
PostFactum news agency, five persons from the guards of the White
House were detained near the MIR hotel. The detained did not have
weapons  and expressed a wish to surrender. The detained are sent
to police station No 9.
     Police  stations  No  11  and 43 cannot receive the detained
because they are full.
     
     19.30.  The  traffic along Sadovoye koltso cannot be resumed
as yet, because an exchange of fire continues here.

     19.30. Group Alpha has taken under guard and evacuated 1,700
persons,  including  journalists,  workers  of the Supreme Soviet
staff, citizens and deputies from the building.
     The PostFactum correspondent assesses that the servicemen of
the  Alpha  group  acted  quietly  and correctly. The people were
evacuated during several minutes.
     After  liberation  all, including journalists, were taken to
police  station No 11. Civilians and journalists are let go after
checking   up  of  their  documents.  The  deputies  are  treated
strictly.  After  a  search,  they  are  sent  to  the stadium at
Luzhniki.
     Additional armored vehicles and buses for a cordon have been
driven  to the White House. The building is on fire. According to
the  information  of  the  correspondent, an explosion took place
near  Achalov's  office.  Probably,  Achalov  died because of the
explosion. But this information is not confirmed.
