	If you're gonna be going for a dry title, it'd be best to call it
the "Complete USENET Reference Guide," because that imparts a bit more of
an idea of the sheer /size/ of the document.  "USENET Reference Guide" 
could just be yet one more Netiquette FAQ to ignore; "Complete USENET
Reference Guide" shows, well, just how complete a guide it is.
