I have fixed some annoying problems with the CDU31A driver version 0.4.
It is currently on sunsite.unc.edu on pub/Linux/Incoming named
sonycd-0.4.patch1. This fixes:

Problems with the media change routine not being called. This
was due to the #define being renamed but not being changed in
all places. Thanks to Steve Hanson for pointing this out.

Problems with mount not working every time. The hardware sometimes
returns a funny error in this spot; I knew this but wrote some
stupid code to handle it. This patch fixes that code.
