Problem: People ask for old shared libraries, and no major site (to my
knowledge) has maintained copies of them.

Solution: I have copies of many of the old libraries on my machine,
which could be retrieved by anon-ftp.

Caveats: I am connected via slip (ka9q) during the day (PST), so the
bandwidth will be around 1k/s at best, and I'm not online all the
time. If a major archive site would like to pick these up, I'd be
  happy to reclaim my bandwidth.
